Owner’s Representation & Project Management
Broad Street Design Studio provides architectural and interiors guidance on behalf of the client. I advocate for early coordination with the architect and consultants reviewing all associated workshop drawings with the ambitious intent to mend all interior design components & the architecture with Art. As a consultant to my client, I help manage the waterfall of decisions which occur during construction as renovations or additions often reveal unexpected discoveries when unwrapping existing structures. My role is to bring peace of mind to my client while advising on their desired outcomes.
Designer Styling
I have prepared homes for design related photography shoots as well as prepared residences for clients’ special events. This service may be extended to a client with the intent to sale. Broad Street Design Studio designs specifically for each residence and does not have on hand inventory of furniture, art and /or accessories. Juniper Books crafted book sets featured in downstairs playroom bookcase design.
